Interview of Beatriz:

Interview of Me:

Conclusion:

Question one: All the people interviewed, chose either an eight or nine for how much they liked thriller movies. This highlights that everyone interviewed enjoy watching thriller movies and this is important because it helps them answer the questions asked as oppose to someone who doesn't enjoy watching thriller movies and they may not answer the questions effectively.

Question two: The modal answer for this question was the fact that thriller movies keep the audience on the edge of their seats. Some other factors involved the build up to the ending and the fact that it continually requires the audience to think about what's happening - expecting the unexpected and the suspense built as a result of this.

Question three: To analyse question three, we used the reasons why rather than which movie were their favourite as we believed that this would be most useful. We finalised that most people interviewed like the fear factor, the tension and 'edge of the seat' effect it had on them in contrast with horror movies where all the blood and insight is shown.

Question four: For the last question, we received mixed feedback; some related to the build up of suspense, tension and expecting the unexpected. The sound effects were also said to have a big impact on the audience as it helps to set the mood. Camera shots were said to be significant along with fast editing and lighting. These factors will be considered when planning our movie opening.
