Conclusion:
Question one: All the people interviewed, chose either an eight or nine for how much they liked thriller movies. This highlights that everyone interviewed enjoy watching thriller movies and this is important because it helps them answer the questions asked as oppose to someone who doesn't enjoy watching thriller movies and they may not answer the questions effectively.
Question two: The modal answer for this question was the fact that thriller movies keep the audience on the edge of their seats. Some other factors involved the build up to the ending and the fact that it continually requires the audience to think about what's happening - expecting the unexpected and the suspense built as a result of this.
Question three: To analyse question three, we used the reasons why rather than which movie were their favourite as we believed that this would be most useful. We finalised that most people interviewed like the fear factor, the tension and 'edge of the seat' effect it had on them in contrast with horror movies where all the blood and insight is shown.
Question four: For the last question, we received mixed feedback; some related to the build up of suspense, tension and expecting the unexpected. The sound effects were also said to have a big impact on the audience as it helps to set the mood. Camera shots were said to be significant along with fast editing and lighting. These factors will be considered when planning our movie opening.

Company name, Logo, Movie Plan,
This is an image of our brainstorm of Company names. We came up with many different ideas which all related to our names. We then, as a group, chose the name we all agreed on which was PVA; PVA stands for 'Perera', 'Vicente' and 'Arredondo' which are the surnames of the members of our group.
After deciding on our Company name (PVA), we designed a logo. The logo was chosen to include the colours Red, Black and White; we agreed that these colours all relate to thriller movies. The background was said to be black to symbolise darkness and creepiness, the letters were designed to be Red to represent blood and danger. Finally, we decided that the letters 'PVA' should have a white outline to contrast with the black background and also to relate to the actual meaning of PVA glue. We also believed that it would be effective for all the letters to touch each other to give the impression that they're stuck together by PVA glue.
The image above is our logo, which we created using Adobe Fireworks CS5.
Next, we planned our movie, thinking about props, themes, settings and characters of psychological thrillers. We also included ideas of how we would show our credits as we were starting to get a rough idea of what our movie opening would be like.
Lastly, we created our film opening summary. Here, we included what the music would be like, where the scenes would be and a step-by-step summary of our full movie opening which is predicted to be approximately two minutes.
